Jonathan Hackmann |
For the last five years, Jonathan Hackmann has been responsible for designing and implementing corporate-wide security policies at Surewest, and is currently leading the IT compliance effort for Sarbanes-Oxley. Jonathan has worked in the IT and computer security industry for the last 15 years. Prior to Surewest, he worked for International Network Services and then Lucent as a Senior Security Consultant and project manager on several large security projects. Jonathan holds a security certification as a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) and is also a Certified Information Systems InfraGard, part of an FBI-sponsored non-profit outreach security program to the local business community. Jonathan served in the Air Force for seven years, earning the rank of Captain. As an officer he held a special assignment in security research at the National Security Agency. He graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fresno State University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. |

Otuko John-Teye |
Otuko John-Teye is a Commodity Manager with Hewlett-Packard’s Business Critical Server Manufacturing Division. She is responsible for the strategic sourcing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for HP Servers. In this role, she focuses on sourcing, cost reductions, supplier management, assurance of supply, contract negotiations and new product development support. She is also the Program Manager for the HP-BCS Multicultural Procurement Program. Before joining HP, Otuko worked as a purchasing agent for Solutia Inc, a subsidiary of Monsanto Life Sciences. Otuko holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a degree in Project Management from Sac State. She enjoys dancing, traveling, cooking and entertaining friends at home. She is also interested in philanthropy and conflict resolution, and volunteers her time toward causes that promote diversity and that deal with issues affecting developing countries. |

Earl King |
Earl King is a Vice President and Branch Manager of Fidelity Investments at the Sacramento Investor Center. With 20 years of financial industry experience, King is leader of the local team that helps individual investors build financial security. King’s background includes creation of restructuring plans, facilitation of financial education initiatives, and leadership of sales force development. He also serves as a print/broadcast/online media spokesperson. Recognized for his community involvement, King has served as a municipal economic development commissioner and as a member of numerous business and charitable organizations’ boards. King is a graduate of the 2005 class of Leadership Sacramento, an executive program of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. |

Margaret Lombard |
Margaret Lombard is the Director of Advertising for Raleys Family of Fine Stores. She is responsible for translating corporate objectives into advertising communications across a variety of geographic and demographic landscapes. Raleys is a 122-store supermarket chain that operates in three states—California, Nevada, and New Mexico—and under four banners—Raleys, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods, and Food Source. In her current role as Director of Advertising, Margaret manages a staff of forty-one and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising. Prior to working as Director, Margaret held a number of positions in her 14-year career with the organization, from Promotions and Marketing to Sales and Merchandising. She was among the first corporate employees to be asked to participate in a year-long accelerated leadership program. |

Mitzi Caycedo |
Mitzi Caycedo is a planning analyst in the Chipset-Supply Demand Operations division at Intel Corporation, where she is responsible for managing build plans for workstation and server chipset products. A California native, she received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Jose State University. Mitzi has worked in the high tech industry for the past sixteen (16) years in the areas of supplier and commodity management. She lives in El Dorado Hills with her husband and two young sons. |

Phet Chanthalangsy |
Phet is a Human Resource Representative at Aerojet where her primary responsibilities are in Employee Benefits. She is responsible for developing and implementing processes/procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Phet has worked in the Human Resources field for the last six years, with emphasis in recruiting, employee relations and employee benefits. Phet received a Bachelor’s degree from Fresno State and is also a certified paralegal. She is the 5th daughter of ten children and she is the only one living in California. The rest of her family resides in Arkansas. She enjoys tennis and traveling and loves animals. She is currently engaged and is looking forward to marrying Steve, her EMBA classmate, after successfully completing this program. |

Dr. Karna Gocke |
Karna and her husband, John, moved from Southern California to the Sacramento area in 2001, when she began working as a doctor at UC Davis. Both grew up closer to the beach and take any opportunity to visit Hawaii. Karna enjoys her work at UC Davis and is lucky that John is able to stay at home with their two children. When not at the gym or hanging out with her kids, Karna can be found on the phone, keeping up with friends from around the country that she and John have met over the years as she completed her training in medicine at Albany Medical College and at UC Irvine. She also enjoys teaching medical students, focusing mostly on dermatologic disease and chronic medical problems, such as diabetes, obesity and hypertension. |

Travis Hagen |
Travis Hagen is the Equipment Division Manager for Collet Construction Co., Inc. Collet Construction is an underground, grading and paving contractor for site preparation in the Sacramento Valley. Travis serves as the key asset manager, developing utilization strategies and implementing total repair cost management programs for a fleet of over 150 pieces of trucks, vehicles, and earthmoving equipment. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he graduated with a degree in Agriculture Science with a minor in Ag Business Management. His prior employers include John Deere Corporation and Empire Equipment Company. He is married to Carrie Hagen and is the proud father of a new baby girl. |
