The Government Accounting Institute will take advantage of the unique position of the College of Business Administration, being in Sacramento, the capital of the largest and most prosperous state. It will also draw on the many and varied talents of the faculty in the College, University, and the CSU system. The Government Accounting Institute will also serve as an educational recourse for faculty and students seeking to enhance their knowledge in the area of governmental accounting and auditing.
